Mother Charged With M-urder After Intentionally Crashing Car & K-illing Baby – Video

An Atlanta woman intentionally crashed her car into a vehicle carrying her 3-month-old daughter and the child’s father. Nypost reports on 29th July 2020, Titayanna Phillips, 21, is facing charges of felony charged in a crash on Monday that took life of her daughter, Khy’undra Henderson, and wounded the girl’s father, 27-year-old Undra Henderson, Atlanta officer said.

An investigation revealed that Henderson, who was driving in a car with his daughter, was stopped at an intersection in northwest Atlanta at about 7 p.m. “Investigators believe the collision was intentional, based on information gathered at the scene,” officer said.

A neighbor who saw the crash said other witnesses then rushed to the car to rescue Henderson and his daughter, who were trapped inside their vehicle, WSB-TV reports.

“We were in the house when we heard a boom,” neighbor Taranjela Jones told the station. “We saw her, the car was turned up sideways up against the tree, and she was ramming her car into the side of the car.” Msn told on 29th July 2020, The infant, who was rushed to a hospital in bad condition, later lost life from her wounds, officer spokesman Steve Avery said.

Henderson, meanwhile, was listed in stable condition at Grady Hospital, Avery said Wednesday. He and his daughter are from Decatur, WXIA reports. Phillips, who was taken into custody at the scene, was taken to the same hospital in stable condition. She was booked Tuesday into a Fulton County penal institution where she remains held without bond, online records show.

Homicide investigators are handling the ongoing investigation, officer said.
